Focus

I help you develop human resource policy, process and procedure that aligns with your mission, values and vision. I can also help you develop a strategy to bring them vibrantly alive in your organization.

Approach

A complimentary initial meeting allows us to discuss how we might work together to meet your needs. You can request a complimentary meeting by email through the meeting request form in the Contact section.

After the first meeting a discovery process takes place to assess the current state. This could include meetings, interviews with key people, a survey and/or a review of current practices.

Results from the discovery phase are presented in a client report, we meet to discuss the assessment report, and agree on next steps.

An action plan is then developed, and either you execute the plan with my support or I lead execution of the plan and keep you informed. Feedback during the implementation phase and measures of progress are agreed as part of the action plan.

Once implementation is complete, results are evaluated based on the measures agreed in the action plan.

Some projects have taken under five hours, while others have taken several years of intermittent work, coaching and support. The amount of time required is dependent on the project, and on how much work internal resources are able to undertake.

Fees

Work can be done on an hourly, retainer or project basis.
