Consulting

Scope:

As an HR Professional  with over twenty-five years of experience I focus on organizational development of human resource systems and infrastructure that support the mission, vision, and values of businesses and organizations. This often involves the development of policy manuals, employee handbooks, and training materials that clarify the organization’s mission, vision, and values as expressed in day-to-day operations.

I help individuals, groups, teams, organizations, and communities discover their wisdom.

I am passionate about supporting your learning from life and work, deepening and expanding awareness, and creating conditions where kindness and creativity flourish.

As a writer and editor I partner with people who have knowledge and mastery in an area and support their writing and presentations. I can work with written drafts, or can interview, and then develop the draft from the interview material, or from our work together.

Approach:

I like to meet with you, either in person or via Skype or Facetime, to get a sense of how we might work together. You can request a meeting through the contact section, or give me a call.

After the first meeting, which is complimentary, we determine the requirements of the proposed work. The work assessment could include meetings or interviews with key people, a survey, and/or a review of current activity. Results from the discovery phase can be presented in a project proposal.

Once the proposal is accepted and a work plan developed, you either execute the plan with my support, or I execute the plan and keep you informed and involved as required.

The feedback process and measures of progress are agreed as part of the project plan.

Sometimes great things come from simply getting together to see if there is work to do together.

Fees:

Work can be done on an hourly, retainer, or project basis. Please contact me for details. Hourly rates vary depending on the service and project.
